Our aim is to home-produce as much as possible for the best quality and to reduce food miles: from our delicious bread to our home produced sausages with an ancient method, passing through our ravioli, fresh pasta, sauces, soups, main and accompaniments, everything is produced in our own kitchens and we use season herbs and fruit of our land.
